Problems Booking?

I am trying to book our upcoming trip on the website, but every time I go to checkout it says my cart is empty. I can see it in my cart when I scroll over the cart icon and I can also go through the booking process again and add it to cart, but the minute I try to checkout it says empty. I have tried two different browsers on two different devices. Is the website having issues?

My DIL & I both had trouble today. I signed in & out of the website a couple of times & was finally able to get it to go thru. Disney IT.
