Problems adding dining plan...Grrrrrr

Second time I tried and I keep getting told that there is a "flag" in my account and because of a "System Issue" member services can't add the dining plan to my July trip. They said they don't know what is the problem and they are sending the issue to IT to resolve.

They said IT will email me when the issue is resolved, but I don't have faith in that.

Anyone ever have this issue? Any ideas?

Granted I have time until my trip but I want to get this set and paid for well before our trip (grab a few last minute bonus points on the DizCC).

Edit to add: As far as I know all our dues are paid and we are fully up to date, so i don't think it's a 'account freeze' type of thing.
 
We have had different IT issues in the past, points disappearing, points being added to our accounts. We were never contacted as a follow up, we had to bug MS and escalate to management both times.

I had the opposite experience as PP - I have had 2 issues that had to be sent over to Disney IT in the last couple of years. Both issues were resolved pretty quickly. No-one ever got back to me, but I could tell by looking into either my DVC or MDE account that Disney IT fixed the problems.

It did take several days for Disney IT to get to my problems, but when they did, they fixed the problems - supposedly, they work on the most time critical problems first. Hopefully you will have the same experience.

LOL, I had a feeling I'd get a post saying this :)

thanks all, I'll just keep on them and hopefully they resolve it. Its just odd, I want to give you my money!! Take it!
