For the last several days, anytime I use the Resort Availability Tool it shows "Best Availability" for all the resorts, even when there is absolutely no room available there. Anyone else?

Especially stung when I saw "best availability" at GCV in July for a studio . . . but it was a LIE! :lmao:

Have seen the same for the same period and others have also reported the issue. For some periods it did not do that but for many it does with the result that you cannot determine actual availability without clicking on each room size in the resort to bring up the calendar for that room size. I assume they might be working on it and hope we will have it back in less than the usual two years that Disney takes to repair website problems.

I vote that we reduce our dues payments to DVC until they start providing the service that we are paying for! :thumbsup2

If the service or feature on the website is broken then take it down or post warnings and/or notifications with an estimated time of restoral.

Really, all that wil happen is that your contracts are reacquisitioned by Disney for failure to pay your dues.

Wouldn't you be better if everyone sent in letters of complaint to every DVC component you can think of as well as to Disney itself.

Had a problem all day with it. I had to go into the how to book and check availability that way. :faint:

I hope that the non-payment statement was received as a frustrated "please take notice" comment.

It really doesn't do any good to express dissatisfaction to the people who have created the dissatisfaction or allowed it to happen so DVC/Potrock is out.

A letter to Iger might help but will probably be forwarded by an office person to DVC and not made note of.

Letters to the media could help but they tend to favor their advertisers and Disney has a strong working relationship with them.

I guess all we can do is wait and see what happens or if things really get bad, we can sell to someone else.

Just checked and seems to be working now.

I haven't tried in a few days, but when I was trying a few days ago, I noticed some inaccurate information. Sometimes, it would say something was available when it wasn't (when I tried to book). Other times, it would say something wasn't available, but it was. Usually, both the availability tool and the booking tool match for me. But, something was definitely wrong a few days ago!

For May 30 to June 13 I am still getting the false "best availability" for all WDW/DL resorts and from June 13 - June 27 "partial availability" when there is no availability at GCV. I'm not falling apart over it . . . First World Problems right; :p but, it is slightly irritating. :rolleyes2

October is also showing Best Availability for all types of rooms at BWV. Not true.
