I got my confirmation for my "JAN FEB PASSHOLDER OFFER" and at the bottom it says "FLORIDA RESIDENT ID REQUIRED UPON CHECK-IN" ~ will they give us any problem checking-in? When making the reservation, the CM said this, then I questioned it, saying, "you mean annual pass" and she said yes, since it is the passholder offer, we'll need to show them our annual pass and not a resident ID, since, appearantly, the address on the reservation is not a FL one!

Do I need to call CRO, or do you think we'll be okay? My other reservation, also the passholder offer, says annual/seasonal pass required at check-in.

I'd call them as soon as you can. This could be a problem if you don't take care of it soon.

I would definately call and make sure that you have the discount you called for and qualify for. It may be a case of the CM just hitting a wrong key or two or something more serious. Do it asap while there are still rooms available and they can switch you to the AP rate and not the FL residence or FL passholders rate.

Having been one of the few that has always been asked for my AP when checking in I personally would never take a chance!

Whew, just called. The CM was really nice, said that the Florida Resident and Annual Pass codes are very similar, and sometimes they go so fast the wrong one gets put in. But, our room rate was with passholder, so we of course did not need the FL Resident ID. :) Guess I can sleep better tonight!

Thanks everyone!

I would second the idea of telling them ASAP.

True, all the discounted rooms could have been taken during the time lag between when you booked and when the confirmation came in the mail, but it is still reasonable that WDW should change your ressie to the regular AP rate anyway, if you caught it as soon as you could.

However I would prefer fax or email so as not to wait on hold long distance.

Don't forget to include a request for another wirtten confirmation.
