Problem with Photo Pass

Just went to check photos on Photo Pass. Guess what? The computer could not find our id number. Now, we get to try to remember exactly what pictures we had taken and where. Anyone else have this happen recently?

Omgosh...that's terrible! I can't imagine how frustrated you must be.

We just got back last week and all of our photos are there for us to choose from. I know this advice doesn't help you two out, but for anyone else going soon...any pictures we felt were important to us, like family in front of castle, etc...we went while we were in the park and purchased them right then. I didn't want to leave anything to chance with those photos since I had heard of these things happening to others.

I hope they can find your photos for you!

I feel your pain because they lost my MVMCP in November.

However, I did call their number and asked for a supervisor. She looked for weeks, even asking me what I wore and about what time I was there. I remembered everything that I could but she still could not find my picture.

Anyway, she just sent me a packet for a free picture in the WDW park. It came with a letter explaining the "freebie" when I got to the park for my picture. Maybe that will help you, too.

I called 1-800-347-1388 and went from there. Good luck! They really did take care of me.

We had this happen as well it was our last day at MK. We all were in front of the castle when we returned home we could not find our photos.
We're hoping to hear back from them and maybe they can rectify the situation.
They need to get on the ball with this...

We just got back and were lucky enough to get all our photos successfully on our photopass, with the exception of one random photo of another family.

What I would recommend is viewing the photos at the park each day so that you know they are successfully getting stored on your photopass.

Remember that you can only view the photos taken in that park. For example, if you park hop between MK and AK, you can only see the MK photos taken that day at MK. If you want to see the AK photos from that day, you'd have to view them at AK on THAT day. Is that totally confusing?

I had my card lose ( read: wear ) off part of the numbers/letters so the "t" looked like an i or a l. I gave them the #'s and everything, and it didn't work. Luckily I was able to look up my park entry time to find out exactly when I was there, and they found it after telling me it was lost when i replied with an exact time.
