Problem with Passholder link on WDW site?

I just purchased my first AP last month :Pinkbounc , but cannot get the link to work on the WDW website. Everytime I click on the link I get "Sorry, a system error has occurred. Please try again later" I have gotten this same error message for the last two weeks. Is anyone else having a problem? I certainly would like to access the site and take advantage of all the AP perks. Can you say AP rate? :Pinkbounc

I've had this problem all day today, but I've never tried it before today so I don't know if the problem is my computer or not.
 
Sorry that you guys have had problems too, but misery loves company ;) I sent an e-mail to Disney, maybe they can tell us what the problem is. I'll let you know when they contact me.
 

Same thing for me too. I just kept trying and eventually got through.
 
I had the same problem for a few days and when I finally asked my dh about it he cleared the cookies out of our computer and then it worked. Try doing that it might help!

Ok...I cleared out my cookies and I finally was able to get to the point where you enter your name and passholder ID#. Now, one of two things always happen. (1) I enter the information, click on submit and then I am taken directly back to the passholder sign in page (2) I enter the information, click on submit and then get an error message something to the effect of ....we are unable to process your request, please re-enter your information or try again later. :badpc:
 
Hi Hoosier from a fellow Hoosier! I was having the same trouble with the passholder site one time I was putting in the wrong year :guilty: and a couple times I put in the right info and it still didn't work. Eventually I did get it to go through. It may have something to do with all of us trying to enter at the same time! Mine worked fine at 1:00 am (don't you hate the new daylight savings time? I can't get used to it and stay up too late) Do you have the actual pass or a voucher? Are you putting the check mark on the correct form? I don't mean to imply that you are doing it wrong, just throwing out suggestions.
 
Add me to the frustrated list. :guilty: I have been trying since yesterday afternoon and cannot get in. I tried my info, DH's info, son's info...I get the same message that they cannot process my request, check my info or try again later. Ugh!@!@!

They must be having problems because I was able to get in last week without any difficulty. I had checked the save my info on this computer box a long time ago and it just automatically used to come up for me until yesterday and now I cannot get in no matter what I try. From my end, their site seems to be running pretty slow, too.
