I went to log into mypoints this morning and the screen said that my account has been disabled. Has anyone ever encountered that before. I have email them and waiting for an answer. Hopefully they will get back to me shortly.
GOOD LUCK My account was disabled two weeks ago. I sent emails daily only to have them return them with my "correct name and password". I had a two emails suggest I change the settings on my computer, I never changed them to begin with, but I checked it out anyhow...I even tried to sign on a work, my father's and at a friends...I guess all of those computers got "reconfigured" also...So I have all but given up. I do the emails everyday and when I get enough time to compose a really nasty email I will try to write them again. LOL
You can try calling them. This happened to a lot of people on the MyCoupons board and it got fixed faster by calling. I think these numbers should help:
