Problem with MS 407 number

I've been calling the 407 number all morning, as I have free long distance and thought I would save DVC the cost of the call, as it ups our dues. It has been ringing busy since MS opened.

I gave up and tried the 800 number and got through on the first try, with no wait for a CM.

I thought they don't open until 1:00pm on Saturday.

Oops - forgot it changed 12/30.

I actually had better luck with the 407 number last week when I called to make July ressies. 800 number was busy for hours. I finally called the 407 number and only had to hold for 8 minutes.

I had the exact same experience this morning as well as earlier this week.
