Our trip is 1/29-2/4. I am trying to move some of our park days around. The Theme Park Reservation Calendar is saying all green for all our days. However, when I'm in the Modify Reservation section of My Disney Experience, it is showing ZERO park availability on 2/2 and 2/3. It's greyed out and won't even let me click those days on the calendar. Having the same problem on Mobile and computer. Has anyone run into this problem? What else can I try?

I would call. Most likely there is inventory and it's just a glitch. It's highly unlikely all 4 parks are sold out on those two days with us still in November.

I feel like someone else described this problem recently and for the life of me, I can't remember what the issue was. I think it's a common glitch, basically it is telling you there are no park reservations available because you still have one. I'll see if I can find the thread.

Basically it shows as grey if you've already used all your park entitlements. Since the entire calendar is green, it might be easier to just cancel what you have and book what you want.

Thank you! I have to say, I’m scared to do it! I can’t understand why it let me change for 1/30 and 1/31 but only 2/2 and 2/3 are grayed out.

Also can be glitchy if you have multiple types of tickets in your reservation or types of guests (AP vs. on site hotel etc.). System doesn't seem to handle people who fall into multiple categories well.

We all have regular 5 day tickets with our package.

I had this same problem. I was scared to cancel because it’s at Christmas but i but the bullet & had no problem reserving. But it wouldn’t let me switch if all my ticket days were full
