I always stop by the La Signature Guerlain shop in France (Epcot) and take advantage of whatever the member perk may be. This time, I asked the clerk-Raul-about the member perk and he said of course. When he wrapped my purchase up, I asked if he had put it in the bag and he said that he had. The bag was sent to BCV and I received it the next day. But he had not put in the freebie; I immediately called, got an answering machine; left message. They didn't return it until the next day, but I had left Disney on my return trip home. I called and e-mailed again, but have gotten no response since. Has anyone had a similar experience and is there anything else I can do?
