Problem with Honeymoon Registry

Disney are currently having problems with their Registry. A friend of ours put some money on for us in October and we didn't know until she told us today. I tried to login and it sais there wasn't a registry set up.

I got my login details from them and password to make sure I had it right but it still wouldn't find it, or if I tried to find it as a guest.

I emailed Disney and they said they were having system problems that their IT Department were working to correct.

Thought I'd pass it on in case anyone else has the problem and panics as I did!

Our's was down last week. I didn't get very far with the e-mails. Call the hotline, ask for Amber. She had my registry fixed in four hours and everything was corrected.

Thanks for the info - it was Amber that responded so hopefully our Registry is in good hands.
