Problem with half board options when booking

Hi,
I'm trying to book for March next year but for some reason it wont allow me to add a half board option

it gives the message
We're sorry, but we are not in a position to meet your request.

Is anyone else getting, this?

Are you able to add the half board option on later ?

is this through the official DLP website?

Yes, you can call DLP any time up to about a week before you check in, to add any half board plan you like.

We have booked for April and we're thinking about adding the half board plan but they said they didn't have confirmed prices yet. She expected them to be available around October time

I was checking the prices a few days ago and it would let me choose half board but now it won't.

So they haven't confirmed half board prices yet? I wonder does that mean they will go up in price?

Yesterday I was able to chose half board on another website which is a licenced agent of Disney so I might try it there again tonight
