Problem with Dreamsunlimited....

Who owns dreamsunlimited? Pete? Who can I contact for help? My experience has been very frustrating so far, and I need help, and I am not making any head way... Why don't they have a number to call? My reservations would have been done a long time ago, but I am stuck in a email loop with 1 rep, and for my 2nd reservation I have yet to get the first quote, and I submitted it last week..... What is the point of using a travel agent if it is not helpful?
