I have the 'old' Disney credit card. Problem is I have a credit balance. I used it to pay my first night's deposit back in Feb. Well, when FT pkg. came out, they refunded me that money and charged $100 for room deposit to same card. Now, I have this credit that puts my amount of available credit above my original amount. And I can't use my card. Evidently the computer can't 'read' a credit!! I have been declined at the Disney Store, and by DU now. I called Disney CC and they said, the cm should have called us. Well, they did and were told there was a hold on my account until my payment cleared! So, the Disney CC rep told me, 'well, we're sorry that happened mam but that was wrong information. As long as you have a credit balance, the card will have to be verified but it will go thru.' Yah, sure. Now DU has declined it saying 'Please call the cc company. No reason was given for the declining.' And evidently the office isn't open now. Even tho I told the rep at Disny cc company that I had tried to call them Sat evening but the office was closed and she told me that was impossible, they are open 24/7. Now, at 6:15, I'm getting the same message....please call back when our office is open!!!!! I am so annoyed. Any of you have a similar problem and is so...how did you resolve it??? Thanks.
