Problem with disboards website?

I don't think it's our devices. This is literally a brand new iPad mini I just got, and DISboards was the first website I pulled up (as my husband rolled his eyes). It started happening basically immediately.

Me too! I have an iPhone 4, so I just thought it was an updating issue since I haven't updated in forever.

I have a 4 also and haven't updated in forever also!

I'm betting that some folks have downloaded adware, unbeknownst to them, and is now resident on their pc/device. Legit programs that Norton nor McAfee will detect.

Someone on the tech board has already said that this is all to do with the board software and possibly a broken Google ad.

I have Adblock Plus installed as a browser addon for my Windows 8 computer and I'm not seeing the problem on Firefox. It is recommended by both Mozilla and Cnet, so I'm confident that it's a good product without spyware. In fact, I don't see any ads at all on the disboards as a result of using it and the pages load much faster! It works for Chrome, Safari, android, IE and Opera, as well.
