Is anyone else having a problem getting credited from Creation rewards?
I have been a member for years.
Recently I signed up thru their link for 3000 points for Blockbuster with an added 100 to 1000 bonus points if I signed up that day (Nov 30)
Bonus points were to be credited the next day
The 3000 within 48 hours.
When bonus points didnt get credited the next day I e-mailed CR.
Standard reply they need to get from merchant first and must go thru their link etc
I cleared all cookies and only went thru visted their site no others.
I have confirmations from Blockbuster.
I again e-mailed that I understood the points from Blockbuster may take a while I was asking about the Bous Points thru CR
Now I can no longer sign in to my account with them. I get message my e-mail not in database which it has been for years. Which also means all my saved points are gone.
Any suggestions or ideas?
