So I have been emailing them to arrange a trial with them after seeing such good work here on the boards

I have asked for the 20th September she emailed me back saying she has the 10th and I am booked for then

I checked all my sent emails I haven't wrote the 10th on any of emails by accident

I asked her not to process my card until we had confirmed this she replied to me email saying she had charged me and sent me a receipt but no mention of the actual date

Now she isnt emailing back to me I am really worried about it

what shall I do shall I just wait or try and ring
 
Don't worry too much i'm sure it'll get sorted out. If they can't to the 20th i'm sure they'll refund your card as its there error.
 
Yes, I am sure its just an error. I found their communication excellent, just drop them another email. They have a team of people so I'm sure they will have availability for you :goodvibes
 
I would just call them and sort it out that way. Every time i have emailed them they have been prompt and efficient. It's probably just a little confusion, I'm sure it will get worked out.
 

I agree with the other girls, I am sure its just mixup on their part. If you don't feel emailing again and want to get it straightened out I would give her a ring. She is really nice and easy to talk with.

I emailed again and she said yes it was her fault and that she meant the 20th so it is all booked now I am so excited :D
