Problem with app?

Hi. Not sure if this is the correct forum for this thread, if not, please move. I am having trouble accessing my info on the app on both my iphone & iPad. I made reservations today for 2017. If I go to the Disney website and log in that way, no problem, everything is fine. If I try to log in using the app on either of my devices I cannot log in. It says password or email not correct. I called the IT dept and they suggested deleting the app & reinstalling it. Tried that twice.

Has anyone else had a similar problem? I just used the app no problem this past October for our last trip, so I know it can be done. I don't know what is going on this time
Any tricks, tips, advice will be appreciated!!! Thanks !
