Problem Using PIN

So I finally got a code in my email, but when I try to use it on the site it says

"Error: The information provided does not match that in our records. Please check the information and try again."

???

I'm entering in my zip code & last name....I don't get it.

does the name and zip code in the PIN match yours exactly? Better to call and ask if you can't do it on line. People have gotten PINs for friends/family members who traveled with them in the past.

Figured it out - for future reference if anyone else has this problem call & ask if it's attached to anyone else in your home. Turns out it was attached to my 12 year old sons name?
