Interesting Name for my trip report but my camera decided to go squiffy so no photos I'm afraid and it seemed that what ever ride queue we were in it went technical - hence the name of my trip report!!

This was to be a very lazy week at Disney with just me and my friend who loves Disney as much as I do.

Day 1 - Sat 14th August

My alarm went off at 5am and I did not want to get up!! Even going to Disney did not make me want to move!! I did eventually get ready and we picked my friend up at 6.45am to get the train from Luton to London. We wandered around the shops for a while before getting a coffee and then checking in for the Eurostar. The train journey went quite quickly and in no time at all we were singing just like we dreamed it as we got off the train!! The music was being piped as we went up the escalators so we had to join in!

You will probably read the next part of our trip and think we were mad!! Well we dumped our bags in a locker and then got back on a train and headed to Val D'Europe - no park visit today! We've never made it yet to Val d'europe and decided that this time our trip would be lots of things we've never gotten around to doing!

We managed to get off the train okay but we took the wrong exit out of the train station so we ended up outside the Etap and were wondering where all the shops were!! We soon figured it out but then the heavens opened and we got very wet jogging to the mall!!

We did Sealife this afternoon, wandered around the shops and then bought some lovely gluten free goodies in the Auchan Supermarket before getting on the train to head back.

It was about 7pm by now so we headed to Annettes to grab some Dinner. In the past when we have eaten here, we are too stuffed to eat dessert so we decided to share the Annettes Salad - it was huge, a portion of fries and we both had sodas. Then we each had an Annettes Classis Sundae which was to die for!

We left Annettes about 8.30pm and collected our luggage before heading to the Dream Castle for our 3 night stay here. We eventually fell into bed around 10pm exhausted and my head hit that pillow and was out like a light!!!

Oh, what a shame you've got no photos. :sad2:

I admire your willpower at resisting popping in the park!

Such a shame about your camera. Don't think I will ever make it to Val D'Europe with my two boys. :sad2:

I like the dessert strategy for Annette's!! Definitely one to add to the top tips list!! :goodvibes

Good for you getting to the shops - we've only managed it once, now you have the rest of the holiday to concentrate on Disney!

I agree with MumtoBelle re Annettes desert......must remember that one ;)
