Problem purchasing disney tickets at disney website!!so frustrated!!

Okay okay I know I am doing this at the last minute but tried to purchase online at the disney website and when I put everything in like CC info, etc and hit enter, nothing happens!! it does not move to the next page that usually says thank you for purchasing, etc. I am so frustrated. I was trying to purchase in advance to get a discount and now I cannot and we leave tomorrow.

I can't offer you any help but I just want to write that I think the official WDW web site stinks. It's often down and certain things you try on it never seem to work- like your attempted ticket purchase. It also has some conflicting information and its calendar info. is hard to get to and is poorly presented. It's hard to understand how such a large, professional company allows its web site to be so poor.

Just taking a shot that you have not left yet,
but you can call disney and order the tickets
to be held at will call. We did this and picked up
our tickets the next day with discount. Good luck

Although, I generally use foxfire as my browser, I find that the Disney official site likes Internet Explorer better. What browser are you using?

Actually, many of the problems are that all of the ordering system appears to be on the My Disney Vacation feature which gets worse by the month. There are major bugs (i.e., the system error when you click on a vacation date) and should have been tested a lot more than it has been. In fact, it is the only thing about Disney I do not like. Functionality over look is better than look over functionality.

I would just call Disney or visit the Disney store. You can still get advanced purchase tickets. In fact, you can get that discount anywhere except on WDW property, if I recall correctly.

I use foxfire too no security holes like internet exployer.

I find that their site is not that great, and it should be much better, as they are a huge organization and they encourage you to go online to do many things, look up info, resorts, restaurants, etc...

I believe that I called for everything and then checked a few times to see if my deposits were paid, etc.
