Problem posting links

Actually, the problem I'm having is *following* links after I've posted them. Instead of going to whatever URL I've linked to, the page that opens has the address of the post where I posted the link, rather than the actual page linked to. But no-one else seems to have that issue with my links (at least no-one has complained!

Here's an example that's a link to a video on photobucket:

http://vidmg.photobucket.com/albums/v22/Hewene/ABD Danube River Cruise/Pre-day Budapest/P1030414_zpsju7baif4.mp4

When I do a preview and click on the link, this is where I end up:

http://www.disboards.com/forums/technical-support.43/create-thread

ETA: After I posted this, and clicked on the link, this is where I ended up:

Any ideas what's going on?
