Problem making ADR

My friend is going in August and her 180 day mark is 2/20 but since she is staying on site she should be able to make them. But for some reason the online reservation system won't let her make her ADRs. Has anyone else had this problem?

She has to wait until her 180 day mark to make ADRs and then will be able to do so for the next 10 days.

What is your check-in date? 6 months is different from 180 days. We check-in on 8/14, but today (2/15) was my 180 day mark.

Her arrival date is 8/19 so I guess she can't make hers until 2/20

Our 180 day was yesterday...I booked the first 10 days yesterday and thought I'd be able to book day 11 today (becasue today day 11 woul dbe day 10 of the 180 plus ten from today -does that make sense?) but I am being told either error or that there is nothing available. We check in on August 13 for 16 nights...

I guess there is something wrong with it! We are checking in on August 14th for 17 nights and I have been getting nothing but " Internal Server Error"
I guess I will try and call!

That is awesome - this is our first time and we got the Pirate room so I really hope it will be great! We got a split stay - 5 nights at All Star Music and 12 night at the CBR. I did call and was able to book the reservations for the first stay. The CM on the phone said that they have been getting a lot more phone calls than usual, so she figured that something was wrong with the website booking. Didn't know when it would be fixed though!

That's funny...we'll be at All-Star Movies for six nights (13-19) and then we move to Caribbean Beach on the 19th for nine nights (19 - 28) and then we move to Yacht Club for one night...hoping to relax a little before going home!

The kids plan on spending a lot of time at the pool, so may be we'll see you around!

She will be able to make her ADRs on 2/20 if she's arriving on 8/19. She will need her reservation number to enter before it will advance her the days. I did my ADRs for August yesterday at 6:00AM with no problem. I arrive on 8/14.
