Problem getting into my room

Is anyone having a problem getting into a Space Mountain Room? That is a room that was won from the HyperSpace Mountain Game. Yesterday and today I have only been able to get it to download about half way. I can hear the sound but can not get into the room. Since it never downloads all I can do is close the VMK window and log in again.

I have written to VMK but figure Dis'ers are a much better source of information. Anyone have any ideas what I can do to get in? Thanks!

You may just have a room that has a bad bug. Can you win this room on your own? If not let me know, I will win you a code. Then we can try with a new room. If the new room does not work, then I am guessing you might have a software conflict (just guessing though). If the new room works, sell the bad one.
 
Thanks for the offer. I think I will wait and see if the bug works itself out or VMK can help. I don't mind about the room but it has my green and magenta rockets and my gold penny press. Hopefully, it will be ok. Keep your fingers crossed! (I know, it is really hard to type with your fingers crossed :rotfl2: )

I have a room that crashes before I can enter it. I think it is the same room that gave me problems in the past. This skull rock room crash started the day that Frontierland came out. I hate to sell it because my gold collection and a few other things are in it, so I know where you are coming from. If it has a bug, I do not want to loose my stuff. I mentioned it to a tester and she said she is looking into it. I later reported it though the contact us link (that was before Christmas) and have not heard a thing. Good luck getting it fixed.
