Problem booking Dining Plan

I booked our May 2006 trip to WDW last month . I booked the whole package - flight, 2 weeks in All star movies, etc. However the travel agent could not get the Dining Plan added into the holiday (despite it being in the tour brochure )
They have agreed to check every few weeks to see if they can get it added in, but with no success so far. They also seem unable to offer any explanation as to why it pops up as 'unavailable' on the booking system
Has anyone had any experience of this please?

I know that there have been previous posts about this - apparently, it's to do with being in the UK -it's not an option yet available to travel agents here. Try doing a search of previous threads. I'm not sure if anyone was able to solve the problem yet.
