I cancelled before trial was up have a print out of page....emailed them 3 times no responses...they charged my card 29.95 ...no credits issued..getting annoyed with them.

Same thing happened to me. I went back to my confirmation email and it gave the following link. I followed their instructions (using the billing problems option) and got a quick reply as well as refund. HTH

Which offer was this? I can't find any record of doing it, but it sounds awfully familiar. Was there a different name on the banner/offer?

ETA: Never mind, I found it on SR. I guess I looked into it but never completed it which is why I don't have it in my records. I think I'm starting to get trial offer paranoia, lol!
