And here it is...Is La Cava de Tequila open during evening EMH? I reallllly hope it is but want to make sure before I get my heart set on it. Additionally, are the other WS eateries/stands open?

I believe the answer is no. They also open at 11:30 not 9 like Mexico now opens. They do close at 9:30.

Most food and eating stands in World Showcase are not open for EMH and EMH is usually specificed as being a Future World thing. I imagine Frozen and Mexico boat ride will be apart of EMH but not much else.

It would make sense if Frozen and Gran Fiesta stay open for EMH that they'd have at least a couple of places to grab a late night snack or drink open as well. But I have no idea.

That would make sense, if only Disney did more things that make sense, we'd be getting somewhere wouldn't we...

Hopefully a WDW bean counter will read this and correct this situation ASAP. People willing to pay WDW prices for alcoholic drinks and they're closed??? Heads will roll!

1) They have.
2) The cost of manpower OVERTIME outweighs the possible income and profit of late-hour bars. *
3) Disney has stats on EVERYTHING, and they do what is best for the bottom line. *
. . . every resort and every operation has a minimum of two Bean Counters
. . . some resorts have 3-4 "stats guys"
. . . all they do everyday is analyze figures
4) Thus, do not count on an opening after normal park closing.
