My one-cup Black & Decker coffeemaker is getting clogged up and dripping slow - which means it's time to clean it with vinegar again..
Unfortunately I don't have any white vinegar on hand at the moment though.. Used the last of it when I first came up here to the lake and keep forgetting to put it on my grocery list..
I do have "apple cider vinegar" though.. Could I use that - or will it kill the coffeemaker? I don't want to ruin it because the only place I can get a B&D now is to order it online (I don't care for any of the others that are available) and it would take awhile to get here..
Anyone ever used the apple cider vinegar in a pinch - or should I wait until I get the white vinegar?
I know.. This is such a serious problem... LOL..
