Probably a dumb question...but is there a trick

We went in July, we got to the gates at 8am (non EE) had about a ten minute wait to get in, went straight to Peter Pan (about 0815) and had about a 3 minute wait. I believe the line at 8am can get quite long (unless you are at the front) as everybody trys to ride it first, once that initial rush has gone the line thins out until it builds again from 0830 on...

We went on an EE day and didn't bother trying as the queue was out over 15 minutes, we found FL busier that day than the non EE day. That day above we rode all the FL rides by 9am with only the one queue for PP.

Okie dokie, I am going to be chanting the whole drive down " Peter Pan First, Peter Pan First" haha ok ok not the whole ride down that would be a lot of talkin with one thing to say in 8 hrs! But this is our mission!
