I'm at work, my APs are home. How do I know when my AP was activated? Is there a date on the back? Trying to figure out when we need to renew. Thanks.

It was activated when you picked it up at WDW and it will show its expiration date on the back. You have a 60 day renewal window in that you can renew any time between 30 days before and 30 days after the expiration date, but you cannot renew outside of that period.

It will be on the back of your ticket.

If it's a RFID AP, they have to write that information on the back of the card since they can't machine print that information.

Thank you for the replies. So, if the expiration date is 12/21, can we use it that day? Or does it expire at midnight?

You can use it that day to enter any park that opens on 12/21. Even if they close on 12/22 (after midnight).

I want to be reassured we did the right thing, we bought AP vouchers last month on the member site for our December trip, we are going in September next year, am I correct in saying...
The AP will still be good from a year from our first day this December trip when we exchange voucher for actual pass?

The expiration date will be one year from the day the CM hands you the actual AP.

Thanks, that's what I thought, but wanted to be sure... It's really saving us some money having tickets for next year already paid for!

Yes your AP will still be good and you get 366 days if I remember correctly.

So, for instance you activate September 20, 2014 and use it that day, it will be good for entry September 20, 2015.

Be sure to double check the date, there have been cases where they printed out with the wrong expiration date.
