I think there is something like that at universal. I believe it is after 4pm, but I am not sure. There will be plenty of people who can answer that for you on these boards. I'm sure some of the DIS veterans will chime in before long with specifics.

Only on Mardi Gras nights, there is an after 5 ticket available, which costs less than the regular day ticket.
