Pro Bowl Crowds?

We'll be arriving to Orlando on Sunday 1/28, same day as the Pro Bowl in Orlando. Has anyone found Disney and/or Universal parks to be noticeably more crowded over this weekend or the following week because of this event? Just curious. Thanks!

Orlando hosts events like this all the time.. The most noticeable impact will likely be traffic will be slightly heavier than normal and hotel availability (especially outside of WDW property) will be limited, with that said, this is normal for Orlando with special events happening all the time.. As far as impact on the parks, its hard to tell as this is the first time that Orlando hosts this specific event, I am sure many will want to take advantage of the parks while they are in town, but as far as how noticeable of an impact this would have on the parks, there really is no way of telling until the weekend arrives unfortunately, a good way to measure this is if WDW makes any adjustments to park hours, if they decide to open a park earlier or close a park later then that means they are anticipating a larger than expected turnout, keep an eye on any changes to park hours.. With that said, IMHO don't worry about this, don't alter your plans, and enjoy your vacation!

As far as impact on the parks, its hard to tell as this is the first time that Orlando hosts this specific event.

Not to nit, but last year's Pro Bowl was in Orlando as well.
