Ds goes to a prviate school but in the high school area. This school goes from K-12, Their policy has always been no financial aid for any famly for the lst year. In the years to come you can apply, Their formula is based on your adjusted gross income for tax purposes etc.
I am on the school council of ds previous school. This school goes from K-8. We are a much smaller school than the other, and its always a struggle each year but God meets the needs of the school.
Well today I get a letter from ds now school, I hate to say its the other schools "competition", but I love both schools, well that school is giving financial aid to all NEW only familys with kids from K-6th grade, half price for the lst year only. I know the old school cannot compete financially with an offer like that. I feel like its David fighting Goliath.
Just wondering what your private school is doing to keep familys or attract new familys for the upcoming academic year. etc. Maybe I can share some of those ideas. TIA.
