Private party in Epcot

Not sure if right forum but starting here.

I’m in charge of finding somewhere for 30-40 ladies to have a group dinner on one of our nights in October 2020.

Has anyone ever booked s private dinner or dessert party at Epcot?

Any ideas of restaurants with a good range of food types that could accommodate all of us, maybe had a side room we could have?

Been to WDW many times but never with a big group so I’m kind of lost.

I think Biergarten is the only Epcot restaurant that can handle a group of 30 that I've read about, not sure about 40 though. I'd start by calling the group reservation number, (407) 828-3318 and they can guide you from there.

Lots of ladies on the weddings board do private dessert parties (which don’t have to be only desserts)

We went to a private dinner party in Italy and it was lovely but I have no idea who you would contact about that.

Yes, that looks like what The Unofficial Guide used to refer to as "the secret park". Disney used it for events now - after all, why let people in free when you can make money? It will hold a lot of people, but probably that many would have to be a dessert buffet.
