Looking to organize a private mixology on my upcoming cruise. Was wondering who I would need to contact at DCL? Ive done the classes & tastings on past cruises but was never helping the Admin of the group to set one up.

Is there a web page that we can look at the different types of things offered like privates cocktail parties?

What I'm trying to do is organize something for my FB group for our sailing. So there would be a sign up sheet for what we choose to do.

Usually they offer things along the lines beer tasting, martini tastings, wine tastings, whiskey tastings and a mixology class. Sign up for that is on embarking the ship. They will have a location listed in the Navigator they give you when you check in.

There's not a website. Sometimes bloggers will talk about their experience. I know we do 5 drinks and it was on a sea day. However I heard private groups may only be given port days so people who book on board can get the sea days first.

The private classes are great. We have done 5 private mixology classes and they have been organised by someone in our group and all on days at sea. There was so many signed up last time we had 3 groups in the first two days at sea on the Eastern cruise.

From what I gather you contact Disney to see what they are willing to offer day/time wise and then get people to sign up on a google doc.
