Private Dining on Specialty Cruises?

Anyone tried this?

How does it work? Are there participating restaurants? Was it worth it?

My husband and I are taking are last solo visit to WDW (my son will be old enough to join starting next year!) and I'd like to do something romantic to surprise him...

Any input would be appreciated...
