Private Affair Question

So many people post about how wonderful the Crab Cakes are. My DH LOVES crab more then anything. Is it possible to pick the crab cakes as the main course instead of the appetizer? We aren't going until March but I am just planning ahead, as usual. Thanks!

Gordon is usually more than willing to modify the suggested menu to the tastes of his guests. I'm sure he can create a great meal with the crab cakes as the entre. He can probably suggest other crab dishes in addition.
