It was worth the wait!! I was NOT ready for Veronica to get blown away. Even the husband was totally shocked. Not sure I like the new investigator and what the heck was that pill that he took. Is he related to Dr. House?

Anyway, a great start to the new season.

OT, but the show that was on after PB, Vanished, was very well done. Looks like we'll be tuning that in on a regular basis. If you didn't watch it, give it a shot. Very fast paced and full of intrigue.

Veronica was killed because the actress is now on another show. I too watched Vanish, wow, two intense shows right after another I'm not sure we can take it!!

I was caught off guard by Veronica getting killed off. And that it happened when she was on the phone with Lincoln is sure to be what changes their goal from escape to Central America to find out who's behind this.

It should be an interesting season as they all split off into different directions scrambling to get to Westmoreland's $5 million with the guy from Invasion right on their trails. I'm trying to remember (and may have to put in the DVD from last season) -- did Westmoreland say it was cash or $5 million in something else like bearer bonds that could be worth much more now?

It will be interesting to see how Mahone (the FBI agent) is used. He seems like a yin to Michael's yang -- someone intelligent enough to think like Michael and possibly outthink him. Will he see signs of the conspiracy early enough to look into that?

OTOH, I couldn't get into Vanished. I don't know what it was, but I couldn't get a feel or attachment to any of the characters. Plus, the dialogue and delivery seemed extremely stiff at times and made me wince. I did record it so I may watch it again.

I'm giving all the new shows I decide to watch at least 3 weeks. Vanished pretty much got me last night though. It takes a while to really get into the characters but I already like most of them. The exception was the female power reporter. I found her annoying and just a bit over the top. Yeah, I understand that she's the ultimate rag reporter/Faye Dunaway, Network type but she just didn't sell the part to me.

PRISON BREAK!! I started giggling when it started!!!!

Awesome - just awesome. Didnt think they'd get rid of Veronica either - but I will admit to thinking "Why is she calling the cops?!?!" knowing how many people are "in" on this thing!!!

Next week - them going for L.J?!?!? Holy cow!!

And Tweener getting a ticket to Idaho?!?!? Who does he think he is? I find it so hard to believe that twit got away!!

I really enjoyed the first episode and killing off Veronica made sense IMO. Something has to kind of realistic.

Two big thumbs up to adding William "Invasion" Fichtner to the cast. The guy is good in everything.

I'm really hoping to see more Haywire in future episodes. he was really good when they gave him time.

And I believe the real DB Cooper had cash, and so did the Prison Break version.

That would be Michael Scofield, Lincoln Scofield, C-Note, Sucre, Abruzzi, T-Bag, Tweener and Haywire.

I was shocked that Veronica was killed off, but when I saw the 'cops' coming to the door I was yelling "They're not cops! Get out of there!" I think she's the first casualty to many deaths this season. I'm sure Lincoln's motivation for a lot of things will change especially the LJ situation. They can't rely on Veronica to help. I guess the escapees need to research this conspiracy all by themselves. Great start to season two.

It looked like a good show, but I'm not sure how much TV I can watch. (LOL) Maybe I should check it out to decide if it's worth adding into my busy schedule.

I've thought the same thing many times! I can't stand having to wait an entire week to find out what will happen next, and the summer off is even worse!
