Priority viewing for UK guests

The voucher states the wishes location is the rose garden which made me think that it is fp location since is this not where it is?

Yes the FP is on the Rose Garden so if it says there, then that must be where it is. Sorry, I didn't realise that your vouchers state the location. That's great as at least you know where to be. What dies Illuminations say? Or did you not book that one?

The lower patio outside the plaza is no more :scared1:

Construction has taken over in that area :goodvibes

If it's the Rose Garden I might actually use it this year as I like the Rose Garden area :goodvibes

Epcot is the same location near Mexico. The MK voucher specifically says the location has changed but the voucher is good for the rose garden. Seems a great spot.

Counting down to 14th May!

Just a slightly off tangent question ........... Sorry OP

Is the UK preferred viewing perk just for those that booked via Disney directly or for all UK bookings ?

Sorry meant Morocco!
As far as I am aware it's a wdw direct perk. They listed it as a benefit of booking direct

I've just checked my booking invoice and I have these listed. How do I book them? I go in August..x

If you call Disney on the 0800 169 0730 and select the dining and fireworks option (Option 4, IIRC) you can speak to them there. I was given the impression that this is no longer available to book, but that they are honoring bookings for those who have already made them, however that was how I interpreted it. Give them a call and find out. You have nothing to lose. If you can book, it would be great if you could post back here for the benefit of anyone else who may still need to book and hasn't already done so.

Thankyou! I'll do it tomorrow if it's open on Sunday. If not, Wednesday will be the next time I'll be able to call. I'll definitely post back with what they say.

I am not sure if understand, hoping someone can help.

The Priority viewing is no longer offered, however is on most booking made through WDTC-UK made in 2012. Those that have gone, or booked their slot at 180 days will still get theirs honoured?
But for those people (us) that our 180 day just came up they are no longer honouring it?

I am not sure if I confused the CM because of my American accent so they assumed I was in the States.( If that's the case I will just have DH call with his dazzling British accent.)

Thanks,
Beth

I would hate to waste a FP+ on it if I don't have too.

I'm confused also. I booked my trip in May 2013 and it's on my invoice but I havent actually booked it. I'm going to call about 2pm and see if they will honour it. I'll report back :)

I've just rang (later than i'd planned!), and was told I would have to use a fast pass on the preferred viewing areas.

I was told the same the first time I called, but I was calling days after they took "Fireworks Reservations" off the phone menu, so it's difficult to know whether you just spoke to the wrong cast member, or whether they have stopped honouring it... :confused3

Hmm I don't know. I might try again next week when I'm at my mums (no house phone at my house and it will cost a fortune ringing from my mobile lol).

I called last week and was told that as I had a booking number it'd be honoured :confused3 So it's anyones guess what will happen!!
