Priority Seating?

I keep hearing conflicting info about whether or not I can make PSs for these restaurants and if so, when. The more I search around for info, the more conflicting reports I get.
Can one of you DL experts tell me if I can book for...
ESPN, Naples, Goofys Kitchen and Blue Bayou? Im staying on site if that matters. If I can book PSs for all or or any of these, how far in advance can I do it?

When we first booked this trip I was sort of dreading it because I felt so clueless about DL. Now Im getting so excited because I seem to be learing so much.

The Blue Bayou may be only at 6 weeks out, instead of 60 days. My understanding is those places IN the parks are at 6 weeks and those OUTSIDE the park (in DTD or hotels) are at 60 days.

And also note that EPSN does not take reservations for Fri - Sun.

LOL! No wonder Im confused. I guess Ill just try everything at 60 days and see what they tell me. And we do want ESPN on a Tuesday(lunch after we arrive), so its good to know thats not excluded.

we will be at Disneyland April 8th & 9th-

I tried to get a reservation at the Blue Bayou for 4/7 last Monday 2/7 and was told by the Disney rep that I must wait till 2/21 (6 weeks out) to call.

Inside the park, 45 days. Anything at the hotels, 60 days is what I was told.
