Can you call for PS, but then cancel if plans change? If so, is there a timeframe by which you need to cancel?:confused3

it might be a bit too late already since we're leaving in about 3 weeks...but i'm beginning to think that maybe i should call to make some PS for a couple of places that i'd like to eat at, but with a toddler and an infant, things don't always go as planned.

oh yeah definitely...theres not a deadline per se...they just ask you to call out of consideration...I mean who knows better about issues with kids than Disney....and I think its 24 hours but its not like they are going to charge you or anything:confused3

You won't get billed or anything if you don't make it to the restaurant on time for your reservation, you'll just have to maybe wait awhile if you go later, just like if you didn't call ahead for priority seating.

BB is great, for the atmosphere, but I like the food at Cafe' Orleans better...you gotta try the Mickey shaped beignets! Don't know if your kids would enjoy characters or be afraid of them, but if you think they'd like to meet them & have their pictures taken with them, make a reservation at Goofy's Kitchen forthe character breakfast! Good food, and plenty of great photo ops. Just make sure to call ahead and reserve, otherwise you could be waiting in the lobby for a very. LONG. time.

BB is popular but its not somewhere I would take an infant and/or toddler...for someplace with kids I would say Carnation Cafe for breakfast/lunch...Plaza Inn for lunch/dinner if you have someone who can wait with the babies or go get the food because although its a sitdown place you initially have to go up and get your food (cafeteria style)...I dont know how you feel about character meals but the best imo is Plaza Inn Minnie and Friends...goofy's kitchen is better for dinner than breakfast (again my opinion)

cafe orleans is ok...I think Im on CO overload because its like the last place I want to go to anymore...there are really only a couple of items on their menu that I like and I dont really eat the Monte Cristo anymore so its a bust for me...but you might like it...

the only PS restaurant in DCA would be wine country trattoria and Im not sure you would want to take a baby and/or toddler in there either...:confused3
