Priority seating at T-Rex with the Landry's card

I recently signed up for the Landry's Select Club, moreso to get priority seating at T-Rex as I don't know what time we'll be able to get in town to eat. Just found out my brother's family will be leaving that day and will be joining us for lunch. Is a party of 10 too many for priority seating? I just don't want an hour wait since they will be needing to hit the road sooner rather than later.

It's not too many, but you'll have to wait until a table for 10 is available. That may be immediately, or it may take a while.

The line it has let us skip is the line before the line to be seated. The line to be seated can be short, can be long. But you still wait for a table that meets your needs, and a table for 10 isn't small.

I am interested in knowing also. We have a party of 8 that might be interested in RFC but the card says for parties up to 6. I didn't think we would be able to use it then.

I don't know whether they enforce it or not, but under the T&C for the Landry Card it says priority seating is for parties of up to 6.

Club members are eligible for priority seating (based on availability). Members receive seating privileges seven days a week, for parties of six or less. Priority seating on a walk-in basis ensures member quick attention and the first available table for a party of your size. Member's Club card must be presented to the host/hostess to utilize this privilege.

We went to RFC and TRex in June with 10 people. We had no issue using the card for the priority seating. At RFC we were seated in about 2 minutes but it wasn't that busy. At TRex there was a 45 minute wait with no ADR's and we got seated in under 5 minutes. It was great!

Call T-Rex and make a reservation...we have a party of 9 and they said to be sure to bring the Landry's card with you.
