So, if you have 3 FP+ that you want to snag (different parks, so different days obv.), which do you go in for first?
Na'vi (we don't do simulator rides, so not fighting for FOP)
FEA
7DMT

Once in, do you do all 3 for that park OR just nab the hardest to get, move on to the next park, and then go back later for the other 2?

Looks like you are at a Disney resort so quite honestly at 60 days all of those will be available at Day one in my most recent experience (Heavy Crowds around NYE). The only thing which was not available on day 1 was Flight of Passage. I think it matters not how you prioritize. I would do all three for each park, then move on.

Of course, they may not be available at the specific time you want but that's a different query.

I grab the ones that are most important to me. Then after I have our favorites, I go back and get 2 more for each of the days.
This morning I was able to get FOP for 13 people on 2 days of our trip. I went to our day 5, grabbed FOP, went to day 7, grabbed FOP, went to day 2 for Frozen, etc. Then I started over and started with day 1 and filled in the gaps

That's what I did. First FoP for 2 days, then 7DMT, then FEA. After that, I came back and completed every day.
If you check Touring Plans the previous day, you have a pretty good idea of the times still available for your FPs. It was truly useful for us.

I plan the days that have more rigid time restraints first. For example, if I have a late lunch ADR and my FP+ are going to be in the morning, I'd schedule those FP+ first. If you are online 60 days out when it opens at 6 am you'll get everything you want, you just may need to be flexible on some days with the times.
