Printing question for all you pros out there

Me and my wife are currently getting ready to do some of our shirts and I am noticeing that the family shirt that we are gonna make is gonna be a problem. It will look fine for my two daughters but when you print out but if I were to print it out for me and my wifes shirts it is going to look too small. Is there any way to make the decal bigger then the normal single page size. I have heard people talk about doing it on 2 sheets but I would not even begin to know how to do that. I called a local print shop and they say that they will not do it because it is a disney trademark thing and they will get into trouble. Please help!!!!! Thanks.

I have never heard about using two sheets - or at least I do not have any experience with this. The best thing I can suggest is to just print it as big as you can on an 81/2 x 11 sheet and center it on the shirt. I am not sure how big the shirts are but I have done a standard 8 1/2 x 11 on a 3X shirt for a friend and it was kinda small but still looked good (in my opninion).

Hello,

I used transfer paper I got from Ebay and it was 7.5 x 9.5". I adjusted the design to fit the paper and it looked great on my size 3X shirt.

I'm quite large, and the 8.5" x 11" didn't look too bad on my shirt. I would have liked it to be a bit bigger, but I don't really know an easy way of doing that. You could print on two transfers and iron them on together, but I'm not sure how easy it would be to get it to look just right.

This isn't the best photo, but it is one of the few that I am in.
