Printing my voucher-what date do I use?

When I go to print my voucher it wants a date that I will be redeeming it on.

What should I put for the date if I'm unsure what day I will be using it?
I plan to use it on fastpasses sometime during our trip and haven't decided what park/day we'll use it.

You don't need to put any date at all. It is optional. You can still print the vouchers without entering a date.
