printing lime green?

I tried a search on this, because I am sure I am not the first person to have this issue...

But I can't get my printer or my friends printer to print lime green.

I thought it was the printer...but it is printing all the other colors fine...just not the wonderful lime green Mickey Heads??

Any hints? Anything I can try to get them to print?

Have you tried putting it on photo quality? or best quality?

This is an afterthought. Sometimes our monitors show the color slightly different than it really is. Maybe post the graphic, let us look at it, maybe we can help? I'd even be willing to print a piece of it to see how it looks here.

Yeah, I was thinking maybe it has to do with the image you are using. Have you tried to print other lime green images?

According to one website, this is the "alien green" that you can get a sample of at Home Depot:

Hex for this color is #deef15
R: 222
G: 239
B: 21

See, and this Dis' boards green seems closer to lime. I think it is a matter of perspective and your monitor. (I can't remember who made this, but it's not my DISign.)

I am on My iPhone so I can't really post it - but it is on tebi73's thread - it has the cutest lime Mickey head with white dots and pink writing. Lauren LOVES this graphic - so I reLly want to get it for her. I am using Amy mickey's transfers but it doesn't print well on reg paper either - so it isn't the transfers. ??
