Printing coupons and windows 10

Hi all, I'm an average coupon user and print them through My Points. The other day I installed windows 10 and now I am getting the spinning wheel of death that says "this may take a moment" but never stops spinning. I thought maybe it was a problem going through my points but it also happens on coupons.com. I've also tried through google Chrome and explorer. Any thoughts? I really need my coupons. TIA.

I've heard on other forums that they are not friendly with windows 10 yet

Oh wow. I used to print a lot but I found I was spending way more than I would normally so cut way back on couponing unless it was absolutely something I NEED or was going to buy anyway.


It wasn't the cost of printing but actually buying stuff I wouldn't normally because I could get it cheaper. Freebies and extremely low cost things don't happen much anymore since my Fry's(Kroger) doesn't do $1 min on coupons anymore.

Jeez. I didn't even associate the two! Doh! I was all of a sudden not able to print coupons- depending on the site, it would say "something went wrong" or for getting one from kelloggsfamilyrewards.com it acted like it printed but never did. I didn't associate the two at the time because I hadn't printed coupons in a while but it happened after Windows 10 downloaded. I uninstalled the coupon printer and then reinstalled it and everything worked again. Can you try doing that?

Thanks all, I did try to uninstall the coupon printer and then reinstall it but of course it didn't work for me. Any other thoughts out there???

my hubs has issues with pay pal shipping label printing also if someone pays as friend he can't print.
