I'm a digital scrapbooker and wanted to do our next disney album in 12x12. I was going to get the pages printed through Shutterfly since that's where I normally have our photobooks done and love their quality. But they are about $6 a page so I was wondering if any of you have printed pages elsewhere. Where did you have them printed and how much were they? TIA!

I use scrapbookpictures.com exclusively for all my scrapbook photos (and have for the past 4 years). I love the customer service and the quality of prints.

12 x 12 basic print cost is $1.54, but you'll pay $0.49 extra per page for shipping. Still, it's a great price overall. (I normally go with the pro-matte with premium color correction, which bumps the price up to $2.29).

I have tried them ALL and Persnickety Prints.com is by FAR the best place to print digi layouts. Better than photo books (not inkjet) They use silver halide fuji archival photo paper, waterproof, fade resistant, etc. The colors just pop! AND the best part, only $1.99 a 12x12, $5 flat rate shipping, and I always get my order in 2 days!
I have 4 HUGE Disney Binders full of pages, my kids can tug and pull and it's nice to know they are safe! I will never print a photo book again!
p.s. scrapbookpictures raised their shipping prices!
xoxo

Thank you so much!

If you ever need something "quick" - try Costco! I printed my first 12x12 page from them last week - nice paper - high gloss - no complaints - and got it the same morning I uploaded the file.

I was just readying about persnickety over on another scrapbooking website. All agree that they are the best with quality and price. Sign up for their emails and they send special deals. I will be trying them when I get to digital!

Is Shutterfly now printing individual 12 x 12 pages? They weren't the last time I did some comparisons.

I just submitted my first 12x12 book to shutterfly on Tue. It was 21 pages with hard cover and cost $47.90. They were having a 20% of special with free shipping. Estimated delivery is 15-23 of this month.

*bumping for DW who has this same question right now.* LOVE YA!

So for those of you who have used persnickity prints, did you order the glossy or the matte paper?? I don't know which one to choose!! :goodvibes

I haven't used persnickity but I do use Costco. I personally like matte better, the glossy looks too - well glossy. I know, stupid but I just prefer matte.

I haven't ordered 12x12 pages but I have ordered prints and christmas cards from this place, and have great service and quality.
Their prices seem pretty reasonable.

This is where I order all my 12X12. They've always been great prints, and once when I found a color bleed on a couple of prints, they reprinted them, shipped them quickly and gave me a credit.

I like that I can print the pages and them stick them in my own album instead of a hardcover book from Shutterfly. Then I can add pages in that are paper scrapped with tickets or brochures etc.

I just received my first order from persnickity prints and they turned out so good!! It was very fast printing and shipping. The print quality was great. Some pages were a little dark especially when dark red was used, but other than that they were phenomenal!!!
