Printer cartridge refill at Walgreens?

Has anyone ever taken their printer cartridge into Walgreens to have it refilled? I'm trying to print something for a project I'm working on and it seems that my black cartridge is running out. I really don't want to have to pay $30 to get a brand new one. The printer is like almost 7 years old and takes the kind of cartridge that has never gone down in price. I've seen at Walgreens that they can refill them for like $10 for black and I think $15 for color. Is it worth the price? Do the cartridges work as well as a brand new one?
