Printable kids reward coupons

Sorry a bit OT but I know my Budget Board friends always come through with such great ideas.
I am implementing a system where the kids earn coupons/certificates for good behavior and chores. I want to have something that resembles money or a coupon for 15 and/or 30 minutes of electronics time.
I did several searches for free printables and found nothing. I do not want a chore chart, but printable coupons for them to earn.
Anyone have something like this?? Or know where to find something like this.
